The sale of antlerless deer licenses begins Monday for hunters who are Pennsylvania residents.
According to the state Game Commission, Pennsylvania hunters will be given first preference in the process but only hunters in possession of a valid general license for the year that began July 1st can apply.
Applicants should make checks or money orders payable to “County Treasurer” in the amount of $6.90 for each license requested. Applications will only be accepted by mail in an official pink envelope.
Non-residents will be allowed to submit applications next Monday, July 16th for a fee $20 more than the fee for residents.
