Butler AM Rotary’s Carved In Ice

Butler AM Rotary’s 5th Annual Winter Festival features live ice carving and displaying a variety of unique sculptures purchased by local businesses, organizations, and individuals to support the Butler AM Rotary Charities Annual Giving Fund. Sponsorship forms for purchasing individual ice sculptures or sponsoring one of the many large multi-block installations including the kid’s favorite – the ice slide, the throne, or your own giant 12-block interactive design are available on the Butler AM Rotary’s website at butleramrotary.com.

This year’s event is a first, consisting of 2 days of ice carving magic. Beginning Friday, February 21 from 5-8PM, live carving will be taking place in Diamond Park in Butler. Many of the pre-carved sponsored ice blocks will be displayed in a beautiful array of colored lights. It will be a sight to behold, so have your camera ready and soak up the festive atmosphere with a cold adult beverage or a warm cup of hot cocoa. There will be plenty of food and beverage vendors available for all.

Saturday, February 22 is family day from 11AM – 4PM. The day will include more live ice carving, sample chili at our 5th Annual Chili Cook-Off, kids play on the ice slide, enjoy good food from the area’s best food trucks. A scavenger hunt and other activities for kids throughout the day, music, huge basket auction, and even more!

We hope you’ll join us for this worthwhile and fun community event with 100% of proceeds going to the Butler AM Rotary Charities Annual Giving Fund. Each year we use these funds to distribute back to the community. We provide funds directly to various groups, organizations, and projects that support and benefit the social, economic, and environmental needs of the local community.
