Time to Bloom benefit luncheon

The event opens with vendors and a basket raffle. Lunch at noon will be followed by the presentation of two scholarships for non-traditional female students. Also recognized will be a Butler County resident for their community service and a Soroptimist chapter member for their work within the group.
