VBS: Polar Blast

Polar Blast: Where Jesus’ Love is Cool is the 2018 theme of Vacation Bible School being held from July 23 to 26 at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Saxonburg. The VBS program will feature games, crafts, Bible storytelling, snacks and a science station where participants will learn how to make snow. It runs from 6 to 8 pm each day. VBS will close on that Thursday with a family picnic, beginning at 6 pm. In addition to a meal, the family event will include a slide show, games, crafts and a snow cone machine. VBS will be held at Centennial Hall directly behind the church at 310 W. Main Street. The four-day event is free and open to children from ages one to those entering the sixth grade this fall. Registration forms are available by calling the church office at 724-352-2333 or by visiting the church’s website at stlks.com. Every family that registers will get a CD of VBS music.
