Christine Wells, 63, of East Butler, Pennsylvania, passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at the Butler Memorial Hospital.
She was born October 4, 1952 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to June (Porter) Bush and the late Edward Bush.
Christine was protestant by faith. She was a member of SEIU Union of Sunnyview Rehabilitation and Nursing Home. Christine enjoyed sewing, quilting, gardening and yard sales.
Christine is survived by one son, Thomas L. Wells and his fiancée Kayla Smith of Chicora, PA; one daughter, Julie F. Dayton and her husband Larry of Gibsonia, PA; seven grandchildren, Logan, Cameron and Kasey Wells, Pacey and Kellen Rakoci, Kennedy Adams, and Shane Millikan; her mother June (Porter) Bush; two brothers, Rick Bush and his wife Camille and Eric Bush both of Texas; sister, Rene Yates and her husband Robert of New York; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband Ronald Wells, Sr. who passed away on April 17, 1986; her son, Ronald Wells, Jr.
Friends will be received Sunday, October 18, 2015, from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm at Thompson – Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 East North Street, Butler, PA. A memorial service will immediately follow at 2:00 with Reverend Mary J. Kitchen of East Butler Presbyterian Church, officiating.
Private burial will take place in the Butler County Memorial Park.
