The Pittsburgh Penguins host the New York Rangers for Game 4 of their Stanley Cup Playoff Series tonight at PPG Paints Arena. Face-off is 7pm. Pre-game on WISR begins at 6:30pm.
The Pens defeated the Rangers 7-4 in Game 3 Saturday night. The Pens jumped out to a 4-1 lead in the first period, but gave the lead away by allowing three second period goals. They took the lead back for good in the third period, and added two empty-net goals. They lead the series 2-1.
In Saturday’s game, Sidney Crosby scored his 197th playoff point and passed Hall of Famer Paul Coffey for sixth on the all-time NHL post-season point list.
The Pens had an off-day Sunday, but winger Rickard Rakell took to the ice for a workout. Rakell was knocked out of Game 1 by a high hit from New York’s Ryan Lindgren.

–Boston has evened their series with Carolina after a 5-2 victory in Game 4.
–Tampa Bay defeated Toronto 7-3 to tie their Eastern Conference Series at 2-2.
–St. Louis defeated Minnesota 5-2 to tie their Western Conference Series at 2-2.
–The Los Angeles Kings also evened their series with a 4-0 win over the Edmonton Oilers.
