The Slippery Rock and Grove City College football programs both ended in the nation’s top-10 rankings to end their 2023 seasons.
–Slippery Rock is 10th in the final Division II American Football Coaches Association poll this week after a 12-2 season that took them to the Elite Eight round of the NCAA playoffs.
–Grove City also ends with their highest national ranking in school history. The Wolverines end also ranked #10 in the final AFCA Division III poll this week. Grove City went 11-1 and lost to eventual national champion Cortland 25-24 in the second round of the national tournament.
