High School Sports:
PIAA Basketball Second Round:
–The North Catholic boys will meet Avonworth tonight in Class 4A Western Region play. Tip-off is 7:30pm at Gateway high school.
–North Allegheny defeated Seneca Valley 4-2 in the PIHL Class 3A semifinals. The Tigers will face Pine-Richland, a 4-2 winner over Peters Township in the other semifinal for the championship.
