A teenager was killed in a vehicle crash on Sunday in Worth Township.
The two-vehicle collision happened at the intersection of Route 108 and the northbound on-ramp to Interstate 79 at 4:30 p.m.
State Police say an 18-year-old man- identified by the Mercer County Coroner’s Office as Cole Wilson of Franklin Township- was driving a Ford Fusion when he failed to stop at a stop sign. His car was struck on the driver’s side by 34-year-old Robert Richardson of Lawrence County who was operating a Subaru Forrester.
There are plenty of accident lawyers around that are willing to help in this situation because after all, there will likely be some sort of claim that arises from this situation. A claim can help cover any medical bills that arise from this accident as well as cover any loss of earnings too. Unfortunately, if a collision results in death, this claim could also cover the cost of any funeral arrangements that need to be made as well.
Police say both drivers were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash. The teenager was taken to Grove City Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead. His family and friends have been notified of his passing.
There is no indication that Richardson is facing any charges as of yet.
