Going to the dentist and getting cosmetic procedures has always been expensive. So much so that some people simply can’t afford to get their teeth checked or be able to get them straightened with braces. However, with the rise of cheap aligners at home and more affordable insurance – this is thankfully changing. And now a local dentist is once again teaming up with a non-profit organization to provide free services at an event planned for this weekend. This event is open to anyone but will be most useful for those who don’t have a dental plan in place. People who may have questions about both essential and non-essential dental treatments are free to attend and ask about them. Queries like Where to Buy Crest Strips in the UK, however, are best researched independently online if needed, as this is not an answer they can provide. What they can help with is talk about the effects that whitening can potentially have on the teeth and gums, which is more pressing at discussions like this.
This event encourages people to respect and look after their teeth, after all, once they’re gone, they’re gone. It also informs people on how to clean their teeth effectively and keep them in the best possible condition. A variety of services are being offered, some similar to what Cherrywood Dental Associates in Woodbridge offer.
This event is first-come, first-served for a cleaning, filling or extraction. Everyone over the age of 18 is welcome and there are no income restrictions. Other issues, like tonsil stones for example, may need seeing by another dentist group.
The sixth year of Keelan Dental’s “Dentistry From the Heart” will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 8. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. There will be numerous dentists available to have procedures done, cutting down waiting times.
Keelan Dental is located at 264 New Castle Road in Butler. Parking is available in the back of the building.
