A variety of Butler Township officials will be on hand this week to mark the 36th annual National Night Out in Meridian.
On Tuesday, township officials will welcome community members at the Butler Township Volunteer Fire Department on Sparks Avenue. Township Commissioners, along with members of the police and fire departments will be on hand to interact with and educate township residents.
Tuesday’s event, which begins at 6pm, marks the fifth year that Butler Township has participated. Previously, the event was held in the Meadowood, Home-Acre, Lyndora and David Drive neighborhoods.
