A local man is facing indecent exposure charges following an incident in Center Township earlier this week.
According to State Police, 57-year-old Richard Blain walked out onto his porch on Sunset Drive three different times on Tuesday around 4 p.m. naked from the waist down and exposing his genitals.
Blain lives near a daycare facility and this incident occurred while parents and children could see him from the parking lot.
Blain was observed by a 46-year-old female, a 63-year-old male, and a 28-year old female who all filed complaints with police resulting in Blain’s arrest.
