The Butler Area School Board has agreed to a deal with the Butler Health System for naming rights to the field at Art Bernardi Stadium.
The five year agreement is for $10,000 annually for a total amount of $50,000. Once the agreement has been finalized by solicitor review and signatures from all involved, the facility will be known as Butler Health System Field at Art Bernardi Stadium.
Once received, money from this agreement will be deposited into the Golden Tornado Scholastic Foundation corporate fund which then can be used for facility improvements such as the recent locker room renovations.
The school district will not be paying for new signage as part of this agreement but they would make space available for a new sign should Butler Health System choose to purchase and display one.
