Local law enforcement personnel are invited to attend a special event and meal later this week.
A National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day luncheon will take place Tuesday from about 10:50 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the Mars Area Middle School.
This event is being organized by the student member of the Mars Area Middle School’s Friends of Rachel Club.
Students and staff members are organizing this event to show gratitude for the service and dedication of local law enforcement personnel.
