Republican State Senator Joe Pittman is officially running for re-election.
He announced his candidacy to represent the 41st district yesterday morning. Pittman is seeking his first full-term in office. He won a special election last year to replace retiring Senator Don White.
Prior to his election, Pittman had served as White’s chief of staff since 2001.
