The annual Catholic Schools Week begins today across the Diocese of Pittsburgh, and two local schools are planning five days full of activities.
Butler Catholic School will host Bishop David Zubik later today, as he celebrates mass for the entire school at 1 p.m.
The week wraps up with the school’s talent show on Friday afternoon.
At St. Wendelin’s School in East Butler will start their week with a pajama day for the students. Later this week, there will be a school spirit day and also have their semi-formal dance on Friday night.
This year’s theme for Catholic Schools Week is Learn. Serve. Lead. Succeed.
