The annual Fall Festival in downtown Butler is the next event to be suspended due to the uncertainty of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
A Facebook post from organizers states that the decision was made after economic concerns left the festival unable to retain sponsors.
The festival’s board of directors has decided to dedicate a portion of existing funds for any local organization or business that would like to hold a smaller event that would be open to the public on September 19th which was the original date of the Fall Festival.
