24 counties across the state are moving to the yellow phase of Governor Tom Wolf’s reopening plan today.
That includes neighboring counties to Butler like Lawrence, Mercer and Clarion.
The stay-at-home orders will be lifted, but aggressive mitigation efforts will still remain in place.
The Governor is also expected to announce more counties that will move to the yellow phase at 2 p.m. Friday. The press conference will be streamed live on WISR 680 AM.
