Penn State Extension is offering an online program later this week about improving safety for pedestrians and cyclists.
A 90 minute webinar titled “Pedestrians: Safety, Speed, and Crosswalks” will begin at noon Wednesday.
Presenters from PennDOT will discuss pedestrian safety and speed management as well as planning for pedestrians and crosswalks. This webinar is the first in a series of running through November with a goal of assisting municipal officials about a variety of land use issues.
Penn State Extension offers monthly land-use webinars for a minor fee. This program and others like it will be recorded and available for future viewing.
