Even though Central Electric Cooperative has canceled their annual members meeting due to the coronavirus, they are still planning to hold a non-public business meeting.
CEC members are encouraged to participate in that business meeting through expanded director election ballots which were sent by mail last month.
CEC made the difficult decision to cancel the public portion of the meeting in an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19 but a recording of the meeting will be available for members to view.
Detailed directions about completing the ballot and how to vote can be found on the ballot with results posted to the CEC website August 21st. Members with questions about the business meeting should call the CEC.
