You can now fill-out your applications to receive a mail-in ballot for the fall.
While mail-in ballots have been subject to political scrutiny, Republican State Representative Marci Mustello says she has confidence in Butler County to execute that part of the fall election.
“I have full faith in [the county’s] election office right now,” Mustello said. “They’re doing a great job, and they did a great job in the spring election.”
“When there was the first time they did [mail-in ballots], there was a bit of a delay, but they did a great job.”
County officials say they received nearly 25,000 applications for mail-in ballots in the spring. They expect that number to grow for the general election.
