A local residential school for at-risk youth is searching for a student who left the facility earlier this weekend.
According to a release from Summit Academy, a student left the facility on Friday evening.
The student is described as an African American male who is about five feet, eleven inches tall and approximately 160 pounds. School officials say that the student was last seen wearing green clothing. The student is not considered dangerous, and is believed to be in the area.
Summit Academy is also reminding local residents to lock their cars and doors.
