There were 92 new cases of COVID-19 and two additional deaths for Butler County Thursday.
That now brings the death toll to 299 for the county since the beginning of the pandemic.
As of Wednesday morning, Butler Memorial Hospital was treating 35 patients for the coronavirus, with five COVID patients in the ICU.
Statewide, there were 5,664 new cases and 260 additional deaths.
Also, according to the Department of Health statewide hospitalizations due to COVID fell below 5,000 Thursday with 889 patients in the ICU.
