Members of the Butler community will gather Wednesday to honor the life of a longtime resident.
Robert Heaton will be remembered at 2 p.m. at Butler County Community College.
The real estate developer was a friend and donor to the college—and the namesake of the Heaton Family Learning Commons, which was completed in 2016.
Scheduled speakers include Leanne Heaton and BC3 president Dr. Nick Neupauer.
Due to possible rain, the event will be held inside Founders Hall.
