Pitt’s football team defeated Wake Forest in the ACC Championship on Saturday, the final 45-21.
Saturday’s win is the program’s first conference championship since they joined the ACC. Quarterback Kenny Pickett led Pitt offensively on Saturday with two passing touchdowns and one rushing touchdown.
As of Sunday morning, it is unclear which postseason bowl game Pitt will play in.
