Traffic was significantly delayed on I-79 near Zelienople this morning after an accident.
It happened around 6:30 a.m. in the southbound lane near milemarker 86 when a vehicle crashed into a guardrail. Another truck reportedly went into the median.
Crews on the scene said the backup stretched as long as two miles in the southbound lane, going as far back to the Little Creek Road exit.
It’s unclear if anyone was injured in the crash.
