The Little League World Series begins today in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The first game begins at 1pm and will be televised on ESPN.
A young player from Utah suffered a serious head injury in a fall at one of the dorms in Williamsport Tuesday. The 12-year old was reported in critical condition after falling out of bed while sleeping. He plays for the Snow Canyon team from Santa Clara, Utah. His father is one of the assistant coaches.
