Butler Memorial Hospital will be hosting a Monkeypox vaccine clinic next week.
The hospital will be administering a limited number of the Jynneos smallpox/monkeypox vaccine on Tuesday (8/30).
Officials say that the vaccine is a two dose series given four weeks apart. Patients must meet certain criteria defined by the Pennsylvania Department of Health in order to be eligible for a vaccine.
Appointments are required and can be made online through the Butler Health System’s website. No walk-ins will be accepted.
