U.S. Senate candidate John Fetterman is releasing a medical update with the election just weeks away.
Fetterman suffered a stroke just before the primary election in May and since that time has been subject to questions about his health.
According to the release, Fetterman says he’s recovering well from the stroke. His doctors also say that he has “no work restrictions and can work full duty in public office.”
Fetterman said at his campaign stop in Butler earlier this week that he still deals with auditory processing issues.
The Democrat Fetterman is set to face off against the Republican Dr. Mehmet Oz in a debate next Tuesday.
