Pearl Leona Biehl Fox Parnell, 105, of Saxonburg passed away on December 7, 2022 at the Allegheny Valley Hospital.
Born November 3, 1917 in Jefferson Twp., she was the daughter of George E. Neubert and Della L. Lefever Neubert.
Pearl was a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Saxonburg. She was a charter member of the Saxonburg VFW Ladies Auxillary, where she had served as President, Secretary and Treasurer.
Surviving are her step-son, Kent L. (Joyce) Fox of Montgomery, AL, eight grandchildren, Julie (Dan) Renfro, John (Kimberly) Fox, Brian (Janelle) Fox, Janis (Larry) Glass, Jill (Rod) Rutham, Dixie (Michael) Kiss, Clay Freinwald and Thomas Freinwald, 13 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandson and many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by parents, her son, K. Robert Biehl, two brothers, David O. Neubert and Floyd Neubert, her sister, Ruth Maloney, her first husband, Kenneth Biehl, in 1946, her second, husband, Albert W. Fox, who was the founder and former owner of the Fox Funeral Home in 1983, her third husband, Thomas P. Parnell in 2002 and her step-son, William J. Fox.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm at Fox Funeral Home, Inc., Saxonburg. Funeral services will follow with Jeannine Sanford officiating.
Interment will follow in Allegheny Cemetery in Pittsburgh.
