An effort is underway to help the victims of a fire that destroyed a historic building in West Sunbury.
The Thompson Country Market is a total loss after a fire over the weekend. But in addition to the business, there were residents who lived in apartments above the market.
Three C’s Pizza in West Sunbury is helping organize a collection and fundraising effort.
They are asking for donations of any kind, like gift cards, money, clothing, blankets, bedding, furniture, and more. You can call Three C’s Pizza to learn more information about the collection.
•Extra large women’s tops, large (size-16) women’s bottoms, size-10 women’s shoes
•Double-extra large men’s tops, size-34 men’s pants, size-13 shoes
•Extra large or double-extra large men’s tops, size-9 shoes
– Extra small women’s clothing, size-8 women’s shoes
The collection will run from 3 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. through Friday this week. Starting next week, the collection will happen Tuesday-Saturday 3 p.m.-8:30 p.m. daily.
The collection will run through January 16th.
