With 2023 now underway, so are a number of new laws in Pennsylvania.
One of the new bills signed into law now allows the operation of autonomous vehicles on public roads with or without a driver.
Another prohibits police from pulling over a vehicle for having a license plate frame that obscures part of the license plate—unless it is covering identifying information.
Finally, a new law requires state agencies and local governments to notify people within seven days if a data breach involves their personal information.
