Ground has broken on a new local fast food restaurant in Butler.
Crews have been working in the Greater Butler Mart as a new Taco Bell is readied for construction.
In addition to the Taco Bell, McDonald’s officials have confirmed to our newsroom they are also planning to build a new restaurant in the same plaza.
The work is likely to begin in early April with hopes of reopening by late July or early August.
