A Butler man is facing his third DUI offense after a crash this weekend in Butler Township.
The one vehicle crash happened Saturday night around 10 p.m. on Bartley Avenue.
Police say 44-year-old Walter Wojichowski was arrested following a hit and run crash. Police say it was Wojichowski’s third DUI offense; he was also cited for driving with a suspended license for the third time.
Wojichowski’s vehicle had to be towed from the scene and he was placed in the Butler County Prison.
