Pennsylvania will soon be releasing new military themed license plates.
Recently passed legislation opened the door for PennDOT to offer drivers license plates that honor military members and their families.
The two designs include the Air Medal license plate and the Afghanistan and Iraq Veterans license plate.
Both are available for passenger cars and trucks for $23.
Applicants for either plate must show the proper paperwork and can begin the process on PennDOT’s website.
