A crash in Forward Township over the weekend led to one person being flown to a Pittsburgh hospital.
The accident happened Saturday night around 10 p.m. on Dufford Road.
Police say 51-year-old Christian DeGutis of Valencia lost control of his car going around a curve and collided with an embankment. When crews arrived on scene, DeGutis’ car was still on the embankment.
A medical helicopter was called and flew DeGutis to UPMC Presbyterian.
His vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
