Butler County is issuing a complaint against a Cranberry Township landscaping company, saying that they haven’t paid for clean up services following an accident.
The county filed the complaint with the Cranberry magistrate’s office, arguing that Good 2 Great Landscaping owes the county over $1,000 for a HAZMAT situation that happened back on April 5th.
County officials say they have contacted the landscaping company a number of times requesting payment, but have not heard back.
HAZMAT policy in the county requires the people responsible for the accident to pay for the clean up.
