One person was injured in a pedestrian versus vehicle accident in the City of Butler Monday afternoon.
The accident happened around 12:30 p.m. in the 400 block of West New Castle Street.
Details surrounding the crash are not known at this point. But, dispatchers say the pedestrian suffered serious injuries to their face and leg.
The patient was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital and then flown to a Pittsburgh trauma center.
