Donna “Meme” Pounds, 75, of Butler passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2023. She was born in Baltimore, Md on June 11, 1947 to the late Lawrence and Frances (Buchanan) Cook. Donna was known for always being there when you needed her and loving you with all her heart. She was the mother of Frank Pounds, Tracy Owens, and Chad Pounds; sister of Mona Bell; grandmother of Shawn Pounds, Mariah Owens, Brittany Lilley, and Concetta Pounds; great grandmother of Landon Lilley, Peyton Lilley, and Alexander Pounds.
