A local man is facing charges after an incident that occurred last week at a magistrate’s office in Butler Township.
According to State Police, 45-year-old Randall Peevey of Butler was at the magistrate office at Sunnyview just before 11am on Thursday (June 15th) when he allegedly became disruptive in the lobby.
Authorities say that Peevey then displayed a medium sized fixed blade knife before he was escorted out of the lobby by Troopers.
Police say that Peevey was later charged with prohibited offensive weapons and possession of a dangerous weapon in a court facility.
