Although it may be hard to believe, colder weather is around the corner and the Salvation Army is beginning sign ups for a winter initiative.
Project Bundle-Up is an annual drive where the Salvation Army aims to provide winter coats, hats, boots and gloves for children and seniors.
Starting this upcoming Monday, the Salvation Army will be accepting applications for Project Bundle-Up.
On Monday and Tuesday, the sign ups will be from 1-3 p.m. at their location on West Cunningham. Wednesday and Thursday, the sign ups happen from 9:30-11 a.m.
Those interested need to bring proof of address, income, child’s ages, and photo ID.
