Police are providing more information on last week’s crash on Route 68 that sent two people to the hospital.
The two vehicle crash happened around 7 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Evans City Road and Eagle Mill Road in Connoquenessing Township.
Police say a pickup truck driven by 53-year-old John Heck of Renfrew ran a red light heading in the westbound direction of Route 68.
He then hit a car driven by 50-year-old Robert Craig of Karns City.
Heck suffered suspected serious injuries and was taken by medical helicopter to a Pittsburgh trauma center. Craig was taken by ambulance to Butler Memorial Hospital.
