Butler County Community College students will present research
about issues confronting healthcare as part of a couple upcoming
research presentation events.
Nearly 80 soon-to-be graduates from Butler County Community
College’s nursing program will exhibit their findings from research
projects from noon to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday in the
lobby of the new Victor K. Phillips Nursing and Allied Health
Building on BC3‘s main campus in Butler Township.
Tuesday’s presentations will feature effects of Instagram, private
rooms, and stress reduction for healthcare workers.
Wednesday students will discuss telehealth, promoting touch in
palliative care, and if patients receive better care from nurses
working eight or 12 hour shifts.
