Pittsburgh Teams:
The Pittsburgh Steelers lost 30-13 against the Indianapolis Colts yesterday evening. Though the Steelers led early, they could not hang on as the Colts’ defense stiffened and their offence hit its stride. This is the Steelers third straight loss.
The Pittsburgh Penguins were shut out 7-0 to the Toronto Maple Leafs last night in Canada. The Pens return home to host Minnesota Monday and Carolina Thursday.
College Basketball:
The Pitt Panthers were victorious over South Carolina State at home yesterday 86-50.
The Purdue Boilermakers were victorious over the Arizona Wildcats yesterday 92-84.

Ohio was victorious over Georgia Southern 41-21 in the Myrtle Beach Bowl.
Florida A&M defeated Howard 30-26 in the Celebration Bowl in Atlanta.
Louisiana was victorious over Jacksonville State in a close 34-31 New Orleans Bowl.
Appalachian State defeated Miami Ohio 13-9 in the Cure Bowl.
The New Mexico Bowl ended with Fresno State victorious over New Mexico State 37-10.
It was UCLA over Boise State 35-22 in the LA Bowl.
Texas Tech defeated Cal 34-14 in the Independence Bowl.
