State Police have released information on a crash that sent one person to the hospital last month.
On December 21 shortly after 2 p.m. on Evans City Road in the west bound lane, 19-year-old Makayla Titus of East Brady was attempting to take left turn onto Medical Center Road. According to the police report, Titus did not see 74-year-old Judith Schnell of Karns City coming from the east bound lane and collided with her.
Titus’ car began to spin and was then hit by another vehicle driven by 22-year-old Julie Hogue of Ford City. Titus’s and Schnell’s cars had to be towed from the scene, Hogue was able to drive away from the scene.
Schnell reported minor injuries but did go to the hospital. The passenger in Titus’s car, 18-year-old Angelina Titus of East Brady, was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital after reporting possible injuries.
