State police in Lawrence County are warning residents about a string of car beak-ins that took place earlier this week.
There have been several reports of car break-ins in around Perry Highway and Frew Mill Road. State police say that several wallets, mechanical tools, check books, and a firearm was taken from vehicles.
The thefts happened between Tuesday and Wednesday and the vehicles were parked in the driveway and unlocked.
Anyone with information on the break-ins are asked to call state police in Lawrence County.
