Pennsylvania is receiving poor marks for its efforts to reduce and prevent tobacco use.
According to the new annual report by the American Lung Association, Pennsylvania received three Fs and two D grades.
The association says that lawmakers need to focus on closing loopholes in the Clean Indoor Air Act, along with expanding tobacco prevention programs.
Another area that the association cited was to end the sale of all flavored tobacco products, including menthol cigarettes.
