A Butler man is facing charges for assaulting another person and public drunkenness from this past weekend.
Butler Township Police are accusing 37-year-old Raymond Ondic of assaulting a person in a motel room at the Almost Home Motel shortly before 1:30 am Sunday. The victim suffered minor injuries but did not require medical attention.
About an hour later Ondic and another person were charged for public drunkenness while walking along Pittsburgh road and Litman Road.
Ondic was also charged with simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct.
