A music teacher in the Seneca Valley School District is being recognized by the Butler County Symphony for her work in education.
The symphony recently named Chessa Fernandez-Crum as the winner of their Outstanding Music Educator Award.
Fernandez-Crum is an active member of the Seneca Valley staff, serving as the choir director at the Ryan Gloyer Middle School, along with helping as the vocal director for the musical.
She will be recognized at the symphony’s next show, which is April 13th.
The symphony recognizes an educator each year as part of their Symphony Honorees event.
