Phyllis A. (Shannon) Myers

Phyllis A. (Shannon) Myers, of Butler, passed away peacefully March 27, 2024.
She was born in Carlisle, PA on August 31, 1929, the daughter of the late Roy R. and Mary E. Shannon.
Phyllis married the love of her life Richard K. Myers on August 4, 1960. For 63 years Phyllis and Richard enjoyed their life together, especially cruise ship vacationing, reading, movie-going, exploring new restaurants, antiquing and playing bridge with friends.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard, who passed away December 19, 2023, two brothers and a sister.
According to Phyllis’s wishes there will be no viewing. The funeral will be private at a later date with interment in Greenlawn Burial Estates.
